Tcontakto launches its VIVE Culture: a new beginning that propels us towards the future

As part of the 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, at TCONTAKTO we officially began one of the most important transformations in recent years: the renewal of our Mission, Vision and Values, and the birth of our VIVE Culture, a cultural hallmark that reflects who we are and where we want to go.

The Origin of the Transformation

This process arises from a key question:

What does our organization need to grow, evolve and continue generating experiences that make a difference?

The answer was built by listening to our people. Through the OCAI survey, conversation spaces and analysis of our current reality, we identified that it was time to update our cultural identity to align it with market challenges, changes in the BPO sector and the growth of the corporate group.
